  • I've rented from Nat'l twice (Phoenix, Minneapolis) and couldn't be more pleased. At Phoenix, in crazy heat, the staff inside and out were absolutely pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Made our travel w/young kids much easier to handle! They even passed out waters to all of us--thanks guys! I also love the pick-your-own car feature (if in Emerald Club), so we weren't stuck w/an economy micro machine. National is now our go-to company.
