  • Unfortunately, they are the only provider in my area. Their TV and internet is sporadic. It is constantly crashing and I am forced to reboot both the set top box and the internet modem on a weekly basis, if not every couple of days. When I call them, they say there is nothing wrong with their service. They even sent a tech out once, and the services worked flawlessly when he was here. Later that week, I got a bill for a service call. They are a joke and I am ashamed to call them an American company. Wish there was the capability to post negative stars.
