  • The staff was friendly and almost helpful in finding what I needed (but I ended up locating needed item myself). The rep that was at the register when I came in was too busy wrapping up his text message (which he continued to type while walking me to my aisle ) . Think its safe to sau that thus far this is the worst Sally's (customer service wise) I've been to.
