  • A lot of these were owner occupied condominiums but due to the economy the office started renting the vacant units to section eight. Three years ago it was beautiful, quiet and friendly. Now there's trash everywhere, landscaping is dead, graffiti and both gates in this gay community have been broken for over two years. Nlvpd busted a heroin drug house in here and needles have been found in the area along with stolen vehicles. Welcome to the newest project.
