  • The most disrespected I have ever felt as a customer. Upon walking in I immediately went to give my shopping bags to the woman behind he counter, as prompted by a computerized voice. They then told me a needed to leave my purse with them as well. I obviously refused, but they persisted and the manager came over and told me if I didn't I would be allowed to shop. I had a small purse over top of a larger one, because I had used it as a shopping bag (I had been out purchasing (key word here, buying things, with money) and they told me the smaller one was not a purse, but a shopping bag. I had $1000 in newly purched watches in it, I wasn't leaving it at the counter. I said you know what, I'll put the smaller purse inside the bigger purse which did not fit at all and was completely falling out of it and was very obviously me caring two bags, yet despite this, for some reason that was fine. I walked down the isle, and a few steps away I took the bag out because it was insane, and the manager coming -running- after me telling me I had to return the half in-out-whatever of a bag to the way I had it or I had to leave. I was so shocked I just did, continued walking and was shaking so badly I couldn't even handle trying to purchase the things I had come to get, I went back to get my things I had originally left with the cashier only to be asked by her if she could please check my bag, because the manager had specifically told her to frisk me when I returned!! I said absolutely not, unless they called the police and could tell me exactly hat the were accusing me of stealing. She called the manager but I had to get to work so I had to phayically go behind the counter to get my bags that she wouldn't get for me. I walked out of the store absolutely shaking, heart pounding, half terrified security was going to come after me and half just mortified that I had been treated like a thief when I had literally come across the entire city by transit just to buy sand and had clearly been -buying- things hence all the other shopping bags I had! Seriously. That was the worst experienve I've ever had at a store. I'm still shakin writing this. Wow
