  • Prior to last night, I tried Uni (Sea Urchin) once before at a different Sushi place in California and it was terrible. Last night, I decided to give it one more chance @ our favorite sushi spot because I keep hearing how delicious good fresh and ice cold Uni can be. All I can say is holy moly! Yen Sushi & Sake Bar really knows what they are doing. The Uni was by far one of the best bites of sushi I have ever had. Great work Paul!!!! Any time we want sushi, we go to Yen!!!
