  • Pho Kim Long is the place to go in Las Vegas. I go there regularly for the Beef Stew Rice Noodle Pho, excellent. It's open 24 hours so after work its a great place to relax down. Pho Kim Long is so good that last Christmas Eve when I arrived there was a lot of people waiting for a table and new comers didn't know you had to sign in and how many people were in your party. If they put a sign near or in front of the door that to be serve that you MUST sign in. That will solve a lot of problems right way. Other than that is my only issue.
