  • I visited Michaels in Henderson on July, 1, 2018, and I could not locate an employee on the floor. The checkers were busy. So, I called the store while standing near the check-out line. A checker answered the phone. I explained where I was standing and I needed assistance. I was told nobody was available. I asked to speak to the manager and I was told that she was to busy to assist me.
