  • Excellent service! I called Keaton on a Saturday morning when I awoke to a woodpecker on the outside of my newly purchased two story house. I had just bought the home, and when I went outside there was already a hole the size of a large softball in the outside wall! The woodpecker had already started a second hole as well close by. I found Keaton's company on Yelp and he was at my house within 2 hours. Not only did he patch the holes, repaint them with my extra paint, but he hung special reflective tape and sprayed a special scented repellent 4 feet down from the eave, on the entire north side of my house that burns the woodpecker's throat if ingested. He was friendly, competent, and very reasonably priced!! It's now been a month since he's been out and I have had a few pecks from the woodpecker, but only for a second. The deterrents are working! No additional holes or problems. PLUS, Keaton noticed while up on the ladder during his visit I had a few pigeon nests under my solar panels and he was able to put up wire netting and power wash my roof on a separate visit to prevent pigeon problems, and Solar City paid for him to come and out do it, since he is an approved vendor.
