  • If I didn't have to use this service with these worthless, useless fools, I wouldn't. I'm seriously thinking about using UPS ONLY for packages. They deliver when they feel like it- e.g. I can receive a text stating my packages have been delivered, only to go to the box and they not be there. My package was supposed to be delivered YESTERDAY! USPS sent me the damned text msg stating it had been delivered. When I went it wasn't there. Today I received another msg stating it was delivered. I went to the box AND IT WASN'T THERE! I immediately got in my car and hunted those sorry ass SOBS down. I found them delivering mail at another box and told then my dilemma. The harpy with him got smart and said very snarkily"Well, we're not going to stop delivering mail here, you'll have to wait." The things I wanted to say to that heifer for getting ass-inine for no reason!!!! The mailman tried to tell me he knows he delivered the mail in my box and I told him he didn't. I met them back my mail box. He looks in there as if to say are you retarded it's right her.... NADA! He goes to the large box and there sits my package with the fuc#ing key to the damned box sitting there on top of it! He says "Well lookatharr, it was in the box and thars the key! I said "A lot of good it did me sitting in there huh?". No answer. He hands me my pkg and walks away without an apology for interrupting my day and making me chase his inept ass down. I can't wait to be out of S Phoenix! They treat you like sh^t in da hood! I'm sure if this would've happened in Glendale the outcome would've been different. First they would've answered the damned ph. Second the mailman would've probably apologized profusely for being a fuc# up, not laugh in my face and walk away without an apology when it was his mistake. The Post Master needs to be fired the P.O.S!
