  • This establishment has poorly trained help. I have boarded my 2 Maltese dogs several times and, I'm picking them up with food still in their travel case(which is measured out for the time period),Treats were never given still in unopened package, and upon arrival, they keep you waiting 20-25 minutes to pick up your dog because they are just bathing them and deliver them wet to you! I'm appalled by this! Both of them got so matted that the groomer had to shave them down! Another $70 out of pocket. They also do not pick up the phone or return calls on Sundays! I wonder if they were feed or taken for walks????? Since no one is in on Sunday, you are forced to pay for that day and if you don't get them by noon the next day, they wanted to charge you! I got there a little after 1pm and had to let the office help know I am not going to pay for being an hour over !! I work and let them know what time I will be there and they act as if they do not know anything! If the veterinarian wants to be professional and keep his practice from possible suits of negligence, Dr. Herr, needs to re-evaluate his practice. Perhaps, they should not do boarding! I believe that just compensation should be given for this lack of caring for our "Love Bugs". Ps. His relief doctors are no better! Lack personality or are old as the hills ! No more chances with this Vet!
