I had problem with my heater and I have HSA home insurance. HSA set me up to this company to fix my heater. They are very rude and no knowledge of customer service. They want you beg for the service you are paid. The technician replaced my programmable thermostat with standard one and when I asked he told me that I have to buy my own to replaced it with programmable. I called the HSA company and they were instructed to return and replace it with programmable one. So. the technician came back again after 5 days and he just switch the new one and gave me the manual without checking if the new one is working or installed properly and left. Sorry, but you need to train your technician not only to repair but to be professional.
