  • Honestly I think this might be the first review I've ever written. That alone would tell you how strongly I feel about this apartment complex. I've lived here for a year and will not be renewing my lease. We can't get out of here fast enough. First huge issue is the AC, we live in a 3bdrm 2bth, after having issue with the ac last summer the maintenance guy told us that our ac unit is the same unit inside a 1bdrm apartment. So that little HVAC unit that heating and cooling a 1bdrm is working extra hard to try to hear and cool our 3bdrm apartment. Huge strike one. Next the dog issues. Lots and lots of dogs, tons of barking everywhere all the time. You can hear our neighbors dog through the walls. And there's a couple not so nice ones that bark at you while you're walking to your car. Next, no business center. If you need to print or fax something you have to send it to the apartment staff (if you're lucky enough to catch them) and have them print or fax. Not sure if the computer is even working in there. Currently no workout room because of the construction but when there was it was the size of a tiny room with one treadmill and one bike. Next, construction!!! There's construction everywhere!!!! They redid the tiles on the roof and that brought the construction workers (total pigs). These men will actually stop what they are doing to stare at you as you walk to the pool or walk to your mailbox or just to watch you walk. The construction has brought a port a potty to the parking lot so that's wonderful. Lastly the parking lot areas. Just drive through and look at all the junk cars that are parked. Some running and some not. The garbage bins are not covered so you can see all the trash in and outside of the bin. And the cover to the parking looks like it's going to give way at any minute. But I hear the front office is going to look amazing with the renovations, marble countertops and all. Hope this helps, good luck.
