If I could give this hospital zero stars I would. I went in for a severe sinus infection. The nurse who attended me (his name was Jesse I believe) made me feel like an inconvenience the second he attended me. He acted as though he was completely disinterested as I described my symptoms to him. The doctor (Dr. Michael Demangone, funny enough his last name suits him) then came in for literally one minute and said, "you have a sinus infection, I will get you a prescription for antibiotics" and he was GONE. He didn't even have the courtesy to stay and listen as I explained my concerns, he literally walked out on me mid-sentence. I could not believe the disrespect from both of them. When the nurse came back with my prescription, I told him I needed medication for the severe pain I felt around my nose and behind my eyes along with my throbbing headache and told him I couldn't take Ibuprofen because I am allergic. He rolled his eyes and told me to take Tylenol because they don't prescribe narcotics there. If my condition wasn't an emergency I would have driven a few more miles down the road to an urgent care to get treated probably better than this place and paid a lot less! It's sad that people who abuse narcotics have ruined it for those of us in serious pain who barely take medication. I felt like crying as he handed me my prescription and told me to finish filing out my paperwork at the front. I was rushed out of there when there was not even a single patient in the waiting room and only one other patient in the back. This place is a complete joke. I will never come back here. Do not go here!
