  • There service department sucks compare to 215 superstore. Took my 2017 Jeep Patriot in to have the a/c checked and get a loaner. Not even a minute later we can't find where the a/c pump is. U need to come back and get your car since we refuse to continue to look. I laughed and said I have the loaner till tomorrow. I'll be back tomorrow afternoon. Will not use this dealer for anything. The technicians here have no sense of humor and all act so serious. Even the lady that rents out the cars was rude
