  • Sales rep Greg pulled my credit last Saturday stating it was a soft pull not a hard inquiry! He LIED pulled a hard inquiry and did not give me a copy of my score . I later found out they are supposed to give you a copy and you sign a form stating you have received it . I am a 60 year old grandmother !! Is this how you see me as an easy target you can lie to ? I am livid ! I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. I have called the sales manager AJ several times and he's in a meeting . Of course !!! I do not expect a return call from such a shady establishment nor will I buy a Honda !
