  • Just horrible. The downside is you are stuck coming here if you have to. It's like going to walmart when 30 people are all in one line to checkout. Our estimated lock exchange 1+ month for our new house so they are holding our mail. I wait about 15 minutes per visit just to pickup my mail because nobody works the "pickup" door. But thank god they have a greeter to answer questions.
