  • I have been going to Children's medical group for a very long time they were on 57th Ave & Thunderbird. The doctors are awesome, staff used to be amazing, not so much anymore since the new location. The front office staff are rude if you say something they literally roll their eyes at you. Also the referral dept. is a joke, the lady who runs it is lazy & acts likes she is so overworked. Don't get on her bad side she will make your child wait extra time because of it. I know first hand she admitted she didn't like me so she wouldn't get my 4year old child in right away with a broken arm. Told me he doesn't need to be seen his arm will heal on its own doesn't need a referral for an ortho dr. Took me a week to convince her to send him to an orthopedic surgeon he was in pain walking around with a broken arm. The staff should be ashamed of themselves!
