  • I have been to this place several times but after today I'm not sure I will continue. The waiter was friendly and got us our checks quickly that was appreciated and he did a good job. When I got my check I noticed that my bank account had already been billed the total amount plus a 20% tip included in the amount my bank showed. I asked for a manager because I felt like that was a bad practice. He came over looked at my check and basically blamed it all on my bank when this has NEVER happened here before or any other place for that matter. The manager lacked empathy and concern. I don't want to patronize a location that doesn't value their customers.
