  • Booked room for family members. Online prices tend to be better than if you call in your reservation. Had to change the reservation for various reasons. My experience of the online system was very subpar, as it glitched often and I was never sure it did what I intended. Even after I called both the toll-free and direct lines to clarify the reservation and cancellations, I ended up receiving confirmations for reservations that we had previously cancelled. Had I not called back to re-cancel, I would have been charged for cancelled dates. If you don't want to use the hotel room safe, can request that at check-in so hotel can remove/prevent the $2/day plus tax safe charge.
