  • Today I took my 2014 E350 Coupe in to Lone Star for it's first service. All of your loaners were already taken. Sean Parkinson, who sold the car to me over a year ago, without hesitation, loaned me his personal car while mine was in all day for service. This was above and beyond amazing customer service. It was because of Sean that I have a Mercedes as he quickly figured out what car would suit me and had it shipped in from Vancouver when you didn't have the color I wanted in house.
