  • I want to start this review by stating the actual work done here is impeccable. Phones are repaired rather quickly though at great cost if you have an iPhone 6 or higher. I have patronized this place three times, and my daughter once. The first time it was done quickly though it was close to $170 for a new screen. I had the plain glass protector put on. I again dropped it on a hard surface and it broke. I took it in a second time accepting full responsibility. The gentlemen suggested an otter box as it would be more protective. I took the otter box off to place on a docking station and dropped it. It immediately shattered once again. I realize this was my responsibility. Not wanting to purchase a new phone I brought it again. This is where the employee was rude and disrespectful. He came right out and said "wow, you're clumsy aren't you" in a condescending matter. I explained I enjoyed my music and needed to take the otter box off to dock it. He stands there telling me I could pony up $36 to get a Bluetooth speaker on Amazon as he implies I'm cheap. I told him I didn't come here to be shamed for breaking my phone, and asked if he could fix it or not. He then proceeds to look up my account and tell me it was actually there four times for a camera repair. When I explain it was my daughter's phone that needed that repair she was accused of being clumsy too. I said "are you for real, I should tape this?" He turns it around and says he is only trying to help me.. He charged me yet another near $200 to fix it. I have spend near $600 with screen replacements. Regardless of the work quality which is great, this place is pricy and the staff was rude and condescending.
