I use to love this place. The service was really good, prices and employees were just what you would expect and it was consistent. I've been going here for 5 yrs and would have recommended it to anyone if my friends. Lately, I've noticed the quality of the finished product to be a bit lack luster. When I would go out to "inspect" the car I would notice water marks, streaks and even dirt residue that was never cleaned on the doors and hood.
Today I took my wife's SUV in (as I do often on a weekend) only to be asked if I wanted my third row clean. What does that mean..... of course I do, it's called a car wash inside and out. It's like asking me if I want all 4 wheels shined? Well, to my surprise and for the first time ever, I was told that it was $3 dollars more. I asked, when did you guys start charging for 3rd row cleaning. The attendant told me that thy always charged for this service. Well, like I said I've been coming here you 5 yrs and have NEVER been asked that question. I declined of course and can now expect to have 3/4 of my interior cleaned at this car wash. Sadly I must break up with Eco wash and move in to another location that can do the work at 100%.
If you decide to nickel and dime your customer, it's better to just increase your price by a dollar or two and include the whole car wash and not just "most of your car" wash.
