  • This agency used to be good. But has turned out to be horrible. The owner is so defensive about her employees and is OK with the fact that the nannies will watch NetFlix the whole time they are baby sitting using my account. That too inappropriate shows that are not ok for 5 year old and under to even watch. When I confronted the problem the agency should have investigated and acted appropriately but instead they lost me as a customer and didn't care that the hired baby sitter did wrong things in my house. I was using them for years and have been so unhappy with the owners ways of handling the situation that I would never recommend his agency to anyone.
