  • We moved 4 months ago and had the service transfered to the new house. When we moved, I called to have the payment transferred to a new card and they couldn't find my account because the old address was no longer in the system and only my new address was listed. Being the 4 months since we moved, I stopped by the house where the previous service was and randomly my tenant said there was a pest control who just showed up and btw, did an awful job spraying. He just happened to be home when the individual showed up and said they were done in seconds and witnessed their lack of spraying. These sprays cost $90 every 3 months and it's a small house. They never did a courtesy call to confirm the appt to spray but go buy the spray and granules yourself from Lowe's and save yourself tons of money
