  • Very nice store, but I was completely caught off guard and it wasn't even busy. No line, not crowded so I don't understand but your employees Zeke & Hector had the worse attitude. SMH. Never felt so disrespected as a customer in my life. Very disappointed especially I light of the quality service Starbucks is known for. They seemed more concerned about what was happening behind the counter than providing quality service. And I guess it would help if they liked what they were doing. Seemed like Zeke would've preferred to be somewhere else. Ok I'm done. SMH. Maybe I'll give this store another shot in the future but for now I'll drive across town of I have to in order to get quality service from another Starbucks store.
