  • We gave them an impossible job to attempt data recovery from a raid 0 of 4 hard drives. We knew that one drive had gone offline. They were professional throughout the process. Provided an evaluation of the 4 disks with a cost estimate for our IT group. Also included was the probability of recovery, in our case not so good. They kept us informed of progress, going above and beyond in their efforts. We were unable to recover the data, a lesson for us in performing better backups on our workstations. There was no charge as no data was recovered. They did provide data images of the good disks, for possible future reference.
