  • West Elm has some very cute designs, but their service is atrocious. The salespeople are not only unhelpful when trying to put an order for furniture, but don't even seem particularly interested in talking to you. Also, their furniture can take 5- 6 weeks to arrive because it's shipped from the US. As someone else pointed out - much of the furniture is manufactured in India.
