  • I used to rely to Ulta as my right hand, all beauty needs stop. However, when they changed their coupon to needing to spend $15 instead of only $10, a ton of restrictions came with it. And check your receipt if you buy something on sale. NOTHING rings up right. Beware. And the check out girls have attitude, but stand your ground. Francesca pissed me off and I forgot to check my receipt and now I get to go back tomorrow to just return everything. My points are better earned at Sephora.
