  • Rick West and his employees give the worst service. I am a senior in college and saved up my hard earned money to buy a Ford Focus so that I wouldn't have any car payments. My parents use State Farm so I went to this agency. Not only did they charge me $132 a month (with ALL my discounts) they randomly decided to strip me of one of my discounts and told me through a letter! When I went to the office no one could explain why. Then they said it would be applied again before my next payment which was two weeks away. Unsurprisingly I was over charged that month. When I went in they were like oh I don't understand why that happened, well over the next few months we will just reduce your payment. I am in college and I work a part time job and they were completely inconsiderate of my financial situation. I switched to Geico and I am paying $60 LESS for the same insurance. I would never recommend this agent, ever.
