  • Zara - thank you for updating your sales return policy! During sales periods, the change rooms are chaotic so it's wonderful that you've adjusted your return policy so I don't need to stand in line for an hour only to end up liking 1 thing! Improvement on the mobile website as well. Easy to browse through, offers the same deals and products as in retail store. I shop here for the changing fashion and affordable prices. No fuss on the service. Happy that Zara exists.
