  • Glendale Roofing completed the removal and replacement of our clay tile roof in June 2016. They removed the original 25 year old tiles along with the deteriorated underlayment and battens. They installed new underlayment, battens, and bird stop, and replaced some of the old wood. Then they re-installed the original clay tiles. They were prompt and professional from beginning to end. Their estimate fell in the middle of three we received, and the work was excellent. The estimate was complete and thorough, and explained in full. The work was completed in the time frame promised. And the quality of the work by the three man crew was meticulous. They worked in extreme heat for almost six days, but there was a major difference in the appearance and installation of the new roof when compared to the original. They did a great job.
