This place is the worst store ever!! Never will be back and I urge others to find a different store to shop at.
First off this Store is always torn upside down especially during the holidays. Department Managers are rude and not helpful I walked around for 45mins looking for an item and not one associate asked me if I needed help. There was one particular Manager one who was in my opinion racist and treated me with little to no respect.
They have this Kohls cash rewards plan. You spend money you get a reward. I earned $10.00 I had went in to the store to buy a $6.00 item and they were "out of stock" so my next day off I come back!
Mind you we work to make the money we spend in your store. So at first cashier tells me she cant override for the purchase and needs to call a manager this manager tells me she can override it and then proceeds to tell me it's over the 10 day grace period and she can't. That's a lie...
I explain to her that they didn't have what I wanted I had to wait and now she's telling me she won't and can't override it. She said to me I don't know who told you that. Well, to my detail attention to other transactions I have witnessed in your store my friend is African American and they did it for her months ago and she was over 18 days. My son is Hispanic and they did it for him. And I feel some racism attitude retaliation when it came to me asking to be handled in the same treatment in customer service as you did those I know. And I wasn't... won't be back won't shop here and you can send me to collections for my Kohls charge card I refuse to be treated like this and I have to pay and you don't. That's wrong. No one should treat anyone differently based off the color of their skin. Simple Racism! Thanks Kohl's for your comment but you still didn't apologize for your employees behavior and treatment. I'm not frustrated with your store! I was insulted!
