  • Terrible company. How are they in business? I was interested in purchasing a Troy Delta rail for my AR15 and inquired about it with The Arms Room. They currently sell it for $245. This rail is sold for $199 on primaryarms.com, $187 on cheaperthandirt, and $209 at the Hyatt Guns local store nearby. I assumed that since they overcharged their items that they would install the rail for free (if you read the description of this rail, it says that no gunsmithing is needed). But no, they charge $65 for the installation if it goes "smoothly". When I mentioned that Hyatt didn't even charge for installation, the owner started yelling on the phone. Seriously... unprovoked. He had the audacity to call me "difficult" and said that he'd refuse to install the rail for me even if I offered more money. First of all, the owner of this company is a crook trying to hustle for an extra dollar. Secondly, he does not give common courtesy to clients. You'd be dealing with a child. The solution is simple. Go to any other local gunshop or order online. You'll save money and deal with mature, honest, and knowledgeable people.
