  • I was so nervous to get a bikini wax and my esthetician Leah i believe was so kind! I have to say the front desk can be more welcoming just by saying " Hi welcome to Urban wax" and make eye contact which was not the case. All I got was is this your first time ? Fill this form out. This is my only complaint which appears to be a pattern based off other reviews. Leah was outstanding from the second we went back she asked me if this was my first time and began to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. She informed of what she was doing and when she thought it could sting a little! I appreciated the warning. She made sure to do a perfect job and chit chatted with me the entire time to keep me distracted. She was thorough, kind and passionate! She explained proper after care and when I should return next. I will definitely be back to see her. I did buy some of the serum they sell which I thought was on the pricier end but I will see if it was worth the $$$ to prevent ingrown hairs etc. Facility is very clean and I never saw any double dipping, plus you get a free panty! Go see Leah! Management work on your front office staff, they are the directors of first impressions and can make a break a customers experience!
