  • Horrible customer service both times I've had a lash appt here! First time ever the lash artist was 30 min late. So unprofessional! I ended up loving my lashes so I let it go... Receptionist recommended I go with Melissa next time so I set up an appt. She did my mixed fill (usually an hour and fifteen min) in 30 min. When I asked why it was so short, the receptionist replied "She's been doing this a long time so she's really quick." That's fine but don't you think it should've been discussed before my appt so I don't feel like I've been ripped off? I paid $70 plus tip for the same amount of time as a mini-fill.
