Worst. Internet. Period. Granted we have no other options in town so they can keep throttling internet speeds and/or letting their infrastructure crumble. Somehow the streaming options are the ones that don't seem to work. Downloading a large file? Umm no. You Tube? Almost never. Netflix? Probably the lowest resolution they allow (thankfully THAT sometimes works).
Call and "Have you reset your modem?". I'm not a moron, of course I have. I pity their customer service reps because they are on the front lines of Cox's greed and incompetence. Two more options in the Valley and maybe we could have better service. As it is now, Cox knows that they are the best in town and that's really saying nothing at all.
