  • Unethical as they come. Read reviews on this dealership like I should have before I bought from them. I bought a vehicle from them (which was a complete mess) two months ago and have still received letters from nine different banks and credit unions saying Surprise Ford sent my info to them my info for the load and have all run my credit. I received a letter yesterday from the 9th different bank saying they ran my credit. This place will ruin your credit and either completely lie about it or avoid your phone call when you try to resolve the issue. Worst dealership I have ever been to or heard of.
