We play golf at municipal courses. I am a 5 handicap and my wife is a beginner. I have managed five different golf courses in my life and I like to think I know a good one from a bad one. We have played this course for the past three years and have enjoyed good conditions. We live a half hour away, but we have always felt the drive was worth it to play a well kept course. We played yesterday and it was tragic.
There were 8 inch tall dandelions in the rough and the traps clearly haven't been raked all year. The dandelions are actually growing out of the traps on a couple holes. Needless to say, we will find another course to play. Don't expect much if you decide to go there. We were very disappointed. Not sure what has changed from the last few years, but the course is in terrible shape.
