  • Everyone is very nice during the buying process - once you're in the house, they don't care. They offer a "referral program" where you can refer friends and family to buy a house and they give you $3,000. Well, that's only if the buyer does not have a real estate agent. So, they have you do their dirty work and then don't give you anything for it. We referred family who bought a house and then we were given the "well in the fine print.." speech. They also offer a 1 year home warranty on anything - except they never get back to you. I've filled out multiple requests for issues and have to follow up with them to get anything done. They talk a big game, but they do not deliver.
