This was my first David's Bridal purchase. I came here for a bridesmaid dress. I really thought they did a decent job at first, dress came quick. I knew I had to get it altered before we even ordered it, and I thought it would be best to go through the company, instead of a third party. I was definitely wrong. First, I was never told when the dress was ready, so it was kind of a guessing game (no big deal). I picked it up but never tried it on until a couple days before the wedding. I had to get it taken in above the chest. Possibly one of the worst tailoring jobs I've seen, I honestly could have done it myself if I knew it was going to come out like that. Moral of the story don't come here if you need something tailored, horrible job for a high price.
Edit: Back in June the district manager, Kimberly B. said she would reach out to me but never did. I don't really care and know that they're probably busy, but I just ask that you guys follow through with what you say you're gonna do.
