I took my kitten there after he ate a toy and ended up obstructed and was vomiting feces. He needed surgery and they did it right away. He's good as new! A year ago I took my 11 year old Chinese Crested who had a heart condition there. He died as I brought him in the door. They brought him back and tapped blood from around his heart. A dog cardiologist was to come in the morning but he got worse and couldn't breathe. The vet spoke with me about his prognosis and decision was made to end his suffering. The staff cried along with me, including the vet. They called me the next day to see how we were doing. A week later we got a lovely sympathy card. I lived about 8 miles from there at the time. I now live in Tempe. If I needed an emergency vet and time allowed I would make the trip gladly. Vet care is very expensive wherever you go. This place is the best.
