  • I recently visited Blue Cactus as I normally do every two or two and a half weeks. And was due to be charged $47 for the services that were provided to me and while the manager there attempted to get me to use their expensive ATM machine after asking me three times and me telling her no, she proceeded to finally go ahead and charge my card. As I went to sign the receipt, I noticed that my card was charged $470 & not $47. I explained to the manager what happened and she was confused so had to ask for assistance. Finally I was able to get them to void the transaction, but it wasn't a transaction that automatically went through. So $470 was still subtracted from my account until probably 2-3 business days. Also not to mention this was all done on a holiday. I attempted to explain to the manager that my car was over at the repair shop being repaired and I needed to pay them and now I don't have the funds available to do so. She acted as if she didn't care and still tried to snatch my card back out of my hand so she can run my card again for the $47. I informed her that I'm not going to allow that until my funds are fully returned and that I would come back at that time to pay. From that point the manager followed me out of the establishment and started to treat me like a criminal as if I was stealing from them. Proceeded to take pictures of me and followed me a block down the complex demanding I pay them. I truly felt discriminated against and embarrassed by the treatment I received when it was their fault for over charging my debit card in the first place. I will never do business with this establishment ever again and I have told all of my friends who go there to never go there again as well. To treat a loyal customer this way is out right rude and not called for. You have lost my business for good.
