  • Our family has been here for over three years for our annual checkups. We had an appointment today for my 5 year old at noon, and traffic was hectic on Rainbow as it was lunch hour. Parking was easy to find. Office is clean. Waiting area was small with five chairs. I was a little nervous as I had a baby with me, and I know my baby would not sit still in the waiting area. The front desk person was courteous to offer me help with my baby so that I got a free hand to fill out paperworks. Luckily, there was no wait time. As I was filling out the paperwork, the technician took my 5yo inside to take pictures and do all the preparations needed. As soon as I got done with the paperwork, we were brought in the room to wait for the doctor. He came in 10' later and started all the test. We were in and out in 45 minutes. We spent a good amount with the doctor. He wasn't in a rush when he was in the room. He took his time answering our questions. The office staff and the doctor are good with kids. They know how to work with them.
