I was really looking forward to this show as I am a fan of MJ but was pretty disappointed. We went on a Friday night and had to stand in line for quite a while, but when we got into the theater it was practically empty - not a good sign. They did upgrade us to "better" seats for free but the view was actually worse.
The performance itself was probably the most disappointing, the band was like three people and most of the songs sounded like they were coming from a cheesy 80s keyboard. The backup dancers were not in sync and appeared very amateurish.
The saving grace was the impersonator himself, who my friend and I agreed was very talented and did a really good job. He deserved a better setup and support than the crappy band and dancers they gave him.
The worst part was that they didn't even play Thriller :-(
