  • I had called prior to my very 1st appointment asking if my situation would be an issue. I was told that it would not be. I show up and and am eventually told "yes" we do need to reschedule due to your situation. We reschedule the appointment. Come to find out I needed a different day than the day that it was rescheduled for, so I call them. I asked if I can reschedule it for another date please. After rescheduling, they made sure to let me know that this is the very last time they can reschedule me. Have I been a habitual rescheduler? Did I not call in advance prior to my 1st appointment to make sure we weren't wasting anyone's time? It was rude the way that statement was delivered. If they had a 5 star rating.... I would understand.
