  • I got a quick greeting and was then introduced to a balding employee with a short man complex. I only wanted a phone charger because the one I recently puchased from Verizon died, Nepolian picked up one off the rack, asked how I wanted to pay. I gave him my ATM card and he asked for a photo ID even though my picture is on the card. I just moved back here and the DMV hadn't sent my license to me yet, I mentioned my photo is on the card, showed him my Costco card with my photo but no good...he needs to see a state ID card. Found a great charger at a drugstore for $18.00 less. Bite me Verizon, learn to help your customers, you're in a service industry!
