  • I had a upcoming trip to the Philippines scheduled where I needed to get open water certified and Phil was able to accommodate me last minute before I left. He was very professional and took the time to make sure you were comfortable in the water while having fun. I plan on doing my advanced with him as well when I have time. Highly recommend Scuba Phil!!
