  • EDIT: It has been weeks since I left this review and now, October 19th, she continues to threaten me, harass me through multiple accounts, and say I am a fake Yelper because I left a bad review even though multiple users have told me the same. Please be aware of what happens when you go here and have a negative experience. I would never give a woman this crazy and unprofessional my real name.... In reply to the owner's rude comment... my Yelp name is a pseudonym. Thank you for threatening to terminate my Yelp account. You guys still traumatized my cat and this is very unprofessional that I did not enjoy my business with you guys so you say I'm fake and will be contacting Yelp. Shockingly unprofessional. Beware of business with these people. Went to get my long haired Persian kitten groomed for the first time and the facilities were nice, but they kept the dogs and cats very close together and I wish i had seen that as a kind of a red flag. When I picked him up, they said he was great, no problem. A few months later for grooming I decided to get my cat groomed at home just for convenience and I had never seen my cat react to the groomers so badly. He's a social cat and Persians usually like grooming and my groomer told me she has never seen a cat more resistant and scared of grooming.. Especially a Persian. Even I know that he clearly had a very traumatizing experience last time he got groomed. My other two cats I have currently and the many I've had were never this bad. When brushing and grooming him she told me also that his coat was shaved unevenly and the bottom layer of fur had become dense. In addition, she told me that the nails were clipped super unevenly. Very disappointed.
