  • For the record, I did not do business with this company. With that said, I did have a "arborist" come out to my house. He pushed to have his company trim the trees in my yard which is understable as that's what they do. However, when I offered to give him $100 if he could walk around my lot with me and to give me advice on my trees and what I should do to them he refused. He claimed it was not worth it and they wouldn't make enough money if they didn't do the actual work. I'm thoroughly confused if someone is turning down $100 for less than 30 minutes of professional advice and more concerning is how much are these guys over-charging to do their services where $100 for 30 minutes is not worth it to them. This lost any trust I had for this company. I ended up having another company come out who gladly took my money and gave me good advice.
